Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging H&H Photographers. By booking a session, paying a retainer, or signing a contract with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions governing our professional relationship.
To secure a date for wedding or portrait services, a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required. Dates are not reserved until both the contract and retainer are received.
H&H Photographers retains the copyright to all images created during the session. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, unlimited, perpetual license for personal use.
The Client acknowledges that photography is an art form and allows the Photographer creative control regarding the capture and post-processing of images.
Images are edited at the Photographer’s discretion. The Photographer shall not be held liable for compromising shots due to causes beyond their control, such as flashing lights, guests obstructing views, or venue restrictions.
In the event of a cancellation by the Client, the retainer paid is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 90 days of the wedding date require full payment of the remaining balance.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee at the current market rate.
In the unlikely event that the Photographer cannot perform the services due to illness, emergency, equipment failure, or other causes beyond their control, liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. H&H Photographers will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer of similar style and skill.
